I have had the pleasure of using Ray Erickson do several remodeling projects in my home.  First tearing out the carpet and replacing it with solid wood flooring on one level of my home including stairs; remodeling the bathrooms by installing ceramic floors and a walk-in shower. 

He also replaced all my windows and entrance doors.  I have always been very impressed by the quality of his workmanship.  Ray is very good at listening to my ideas and then interjects the practicality to achieve the best economically and esthetic result.

I have great respect for Ray Erickson’s workmanship and integrity, and in my opinion, for any remodeling project, I would recommend Ray.

Being in the real estate investing business I have had to hire many contractors.  I have found it very challenging finding ones that are competent and trustworthy.  When I met Ray Erickson of R&B Homes, I had just finished having a spec home build using a different builder.  I was reeling over the haphazard work that had been performed by this other contractor.  

I was feeling at a loss of how to correct all the problems.  In confiding with a long time trusted friend of mine, he told me about Ray Erickson and said I should consider talking to him.  He said Ray is an honest person who does good work and can be trusted. Ray came to look at the spec house I had built and immediately knew my dilemmas concerning the work of the previous contractor.  He came up with viable solutions of how to fix the issues.

All said, Ray fixed a log of the problems caused by the previous contractor.  He obtained the required permits from the city for rework and coordinated the project with 2 other subs that were involved. Ray was dependable to show up when he said and finished all the work I had hired him to do, in timely manner and in a quality that I’d expect from a professional contractor.

On a secondary note, Ray is a man of faith and lives out his beliefs in the work he performs.

I would be happy to recommend Ray and his construction company to anyone looking for a trustworthy competent contractor.
